Ever World Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd provides loan consultancy and loan facilitation services. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which customers may cancel services requested from us.

Service Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of services at any stage by informing us through:

➤ Email

➤ WhatsApp

➤ Written request

However, cancellation will depend on the stage of the loan process and work already completed.

Cancellation Before Loan Processing

If a customer cancels the service before loan processing or document submission, the request can be cancelled without any issue.

Cancellation After Loan Processing Started

If cancellation is requested after:

 ➤ Document collection

 ➤ Loan application submission

 ➤ Bank login

 ➤ Verification process

 ➤ Loan processing

 ➤ Legal or technical process

Then service charges or processing fees may still be applicable depending on the work completed.

Cancellation After Loan Approval

If the loan is already approved and the customer cancels the loan, the customer may still be responsible for:

 ➤ Processing charges

 ➤ Bank login charges

 ➤ Documentation charges

 ➤ Service charges

 ➤ Legal/valuation charges (if applicable)

These charges may be applicable as per lender and service policies.

Company Cancellation Rights

Ever World Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel services if:

 ➤ False information is provided

 ➤ Fake documents are submitted

 ➤ Customer is not eligible

 ➤ Customer does not cooperate

 ➤ Customer does not respond

 ➤ Any illegal activity is suspected

 ➤ Loan is not possible due to bank policies

Processing Fees and Service Charges

Service charges or processing fees once paid may be non-refundable if work has already been completed or loan processing has started.
